The workshop will start with an intro presentation from the photographers while sailing to your first shooting spot - Rogač! It\'s a small village where you will shoot the sunset and enjoy free time.
While you are sleeping our experienced skippers will take you to the first sunrise location - Masilinca. After the shoot, breakfast is served on the boat and you start sailing to Croatia\'s sunniest island - Hvar. You will have the afternoon for lunch, swimming, sightseeing and photography!
Your sunset location is the Fortica Fortress in the town Hvar from where you can catch the whole city and nearby Pakleni Islands. At the end of the day you\'ll sail to the Marina Palmižana on the Pakleni Islands and socialize.
Early morning sunrise shoot after breakfast on the boat is planned on the Pakleni islands. After that it is time for relaxing at the beach or on the boat. In the afternoon you are sailing to your last location - Ložišća, the island of Brač.
A 30 minute walk will take you to the Church of St. John and Paul for the last sunset photoshoot.
Finally a day with no need to set an early alarm but also no photoshoot. After breakfast on the boat you will sail back to Split.
Meet the instructors:
Johannes lives in Leipzig, Germany. He started his photography career after high school in 2013, parallel to his studies. He enjoys being outdoors while travelling and shooting different landscapes across the world. He likes to get up early when the crows are still sleeping and get the special light during sunrise. In his opinion, you don’t have to travel too far for a good photo, often you just have to take a look around your home area and find interesting perspectives.
Roman is from Innsbruck, Austria. He started photography with analogue cameras twenty years ago. Now he’s doing it full time for around five years. He’s specialised in all kinds of outdoor photography. Working mostly with natural light. His main fields are adventure, landscape, travel & sports.
André Alexander Baumann@formgestalter
André is from Nuremberg, Germany and has been a photographer for over a decade now. He founded his own company back in 2016. He’s specialised in outdoor, landscape and drone photography.
Philipp is from Koblenz, Germany. He started with photography in 2015 while shooting in the forests around his hometown. Always fascinated by new and especially remote places he tries to capture the magic of that one special moment to make the viewer feel like he's part of the image.
