How to make a complaint?
According to article 6. of the Law of Providing Tourism services (NN 130/17, 25/19, 98/19) and article 10. Consumer Protection law (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19) Users may submit complaints about the quality of contracted services in written form:
- directly in the office Sebastus sailing d.o.o.
- via mail to address: Sebastus sailing d.o.o., Savska cesta 32, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
- via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sebastus sailing d.o.o. shall in writing form provide the User confirmed receipt of complaint. An answer on a User’s written complaint, Sebastus sailing will give in written form no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
When submitting a complaint, we kindly ask Users to provide their name, account number or reservation number, as well as contact address to enable the complaint to be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Sebastus sailing d.o.o. will keep a written record of the complaint at least one year after the date of receipt of the complaint.
