The experience is meant for people that enjoy being active, love nature, love to explore new places while learning about the cuisine, culture, people, and history of the area. On this 7 days trip, you will enjoy sailing the beautiful Croatian coast and visit some of the best wineries and restaurants in this part of Croatia followed by local wine and food guide.
The Kornati National Park is often mentioned as a “nautical paradise” with its 89 unforgettable islands, islets, and reefs. Kornati islands are one of the top Croatian attractions!
There are no permanent residents of the islands and most of the area belongs to the people of Murter island who come to tend the olive groves, the vineyards, and orchards.
The interesting landscape of the island and the exceptional beauty of its nature is the main reason for which a larger part of the archipelago has been protected as a national park since 1980.
Besides nautical tourism, Kornati National Park is a true divers’ heaven. Even if you are not a professional diver, a mask and a snorkel are all you need in order to explore the sights and beauties of the underwater world of Kornati National Park.
Through a variety of culinary delights, we will take on this 7-day magic route. Through old authentic dishes, you will find out how life in the area once looked like, what kind of ingredients were used, and what methods of food preparation are known. Every meal can tell a historical and cultural story.

About the route
Starting point: Marina Kremik, Primošten
Arrival: Marina Kremik is 40 min driving from the Split International airport. We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the marina for you. The transfer is not included in the price.
Let’s start with this 7 days gastro route!
Itinerary
The plan for the first day is to arrive on a Saturday in Primošten and get to the Marina. Your check-in on the boat will be at 5 PM when you will meet your skipper and hostess/chef.
Primošten has preserved the atmosphere and all the architectural features of a medieval Mediterranean fishing village. It ranks among the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic, with a number of typical Dalmatian narrow streets in the old town core on a small, hilly peninsula.
It is famous for its beautiful beaches and its rich tourist offer. We will leave the sightseeing for your last day of this amazing experience and instead set sails right after check in to your first destination, island Zlarin where we will spend the night.
Zlarin is a small undiscovered jewel of our coast that is distinguished by its pristine nature and exceptionally rich historical and cultural heritage. On Zlarin, you can feel the benefits of the sea and vegetation everywhere you go, and the stillness on the island is only broken by seagulls, peasants, woodpeckers, or owls. There are 2700 sunlight hours per year, which makes the island one of the sunniest on the Adriatic coast.
Skradin is a romantic Mediterranean town with narrow cobbled streets, passages, arches, and stairs and is located at the entrance to Krka National Park. The entire town of Skradin is a protected cultural heritage monument.
Opat bay is situated on the southern end of the Kornati, the longest island of the most famous Adriatic archipelago. There are few places on our planet that have been declared National Parks, and even rarer ones where you can bathe, relax and enjoy top seafood delicacies in the middle of such a pearl of nature.
Telaščica bay makes this a fully nature-driven route since it’s situated in the Nature Park Telašćica. This is one of the most beautiful and largest bays in the Adriatic Sea. It is surrounded by 13 islands and islets, and 6 islets within the bay itself.
After a visit to the Telaščica bay, we will continue our journey to one of the islands in the archipelago, Žut. Island Žut is one of the islands of the Kornati archipelago.
It has a steep and very indented coast with many secluded bays one can reach with small sailing or fishermen boats providing Robinsonian atmosphere and possible shelter for the boaters. There are no permanent settlements on the island with only fishermen, sheepherders, and olive and fig grower pickers from the island of Murter occasionally staying here.
The town of Murter is very rich in history. It was first mentioned in the 13th ct. Today, Murter is a town of about 2000 inhabitants and a popular tourist destination. Authentic stone-vaulted streets, simple dwellings, stone walls covered with ivy, combined with modest but innovative ingenuity have all served to preserve the story of Murter from vanishing into the history books.
The town is surrounded by numerous islands that create the beautiful National park – Kornati.
Kaprije is a rare car-free oasis full of clean air and clear turquoise water. You can freely enjoy the untouched nature and the sound of the sea and waves. The island was named after the plant ‘’kapar’’, which was probably abundant at the time of island settlement.
Before getting back to the marina, enjoy sailing, swimming, and sunbathing.
You should be back in the marina by 6 PM. In the evening, for the end of this fantastic trip, we will enjoy fine Dalmatian cuisine, sincere, simple, and at the same time, imaginative dishes in restaurant Mediteran.
