Food & Wine sailing trips in Istra
The program is meant for people that enjoy being active, love nature, love to explore new places while learning about the cuisine, culture, people, and history of the area. On this 7 days trip, you will enjoy sailing the beautiful Istrian coast and visit some of the best wineries and restaurants in this part of Croatia followed by local wine and food guide. The boat for this route is crewed and our team will make sure that your sailing holiday is smooth and relaxing.

Itinerary
Day 1. Brijuni National Park
Your check-in on the boat will be at 5 PM when you will meet your skipper, hostess and the tour guide. Brijuni National Park is a group of 14 islands and islets where you can witness the magnificent harmony between man, animal and plant life. There are almost 700 plant species and about 250 bird species on the islands.
Day 2. Brijuni – Lim Channel
Lim channel is one of the most beautiful natural resources of the Istrian peninsula. The water in the bay is partly brackish, because of its underwater sources of sweet water and it is thus suitable for the growth of plant and animal life and the delicacies that this channel is well-known for – oysters, mussels, gilt heads and sea basses.
Day 3. Lim Channel – Novigrad
Novigrad is also one of the top Istrian gourmet destinations where one can taste many gastronomic extravagances of the Mediterranean food.
Day 4. Novigrad – Vrsar
Vrsar has a strong tourist orientation, abounds with magnificent natural resources: lovely beaches, wonderful coastline, and rich hinterland. Giacomo Casanova, a well-known Italian adventurer, writer, “Don Juan” and gourmet “wandered” here and fell in love with Vrsar-Orsera.
Day 5. Vrsar – Rovinj
One of the most ‘photogenic’ towns in the Mediterranean, once a fishing town, today is a tourist resort. Rovinj-Rovigno has long been known as the town with favorable and beneficial climatic features.
Day 6. Rovinj – Medulin
Medulin and its surroundings were inhabited as early as antiquity. A town with a rich cultural heritage and recognizable church with two belfries rising above the town.
Pula is the largest city in the Istria Region. It is known for its multitude of ancient Roman buildings. The city offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. The rich itinerary of its three-thousand-year-old history, where every step you take through the old town is a landmark, begins and ends with the Roman amphitheater.
